The right of withdrawal applies to our non-personalized products as described in the Consumer Rights Directive.

Note: Boccale products that are personalized cannot be returned.

Are you not satisfied with your product? Was there a mistake during personalization? Send an email with your comment about your product to: info@boccale. Then we will ensure that you receive a response as soon as possible.

Did we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible. If it is necessary to return the incorrectly delivered product to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs for this.

If you notice immediately after receipt that the product is damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours. Customer service asks you to explain the situation and, if desired, send photos.

Customer service will then work with you to find a good solution to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
